In 1999 Rev. Greg Stewart preached about the dire need for foster and adoptive parents. Within 3 years, longtime partners Greg and Stillman had adopted Allen, David, Arthur, Javonte, and Dionte.

Among the boys are 2 sets of biological brothers. One of the dads’ goals was to keep siblings together, as they are often separated in the foster system.
